Online Banking Sign-In Instructions

  1. Log on to our website https://www.moundcitybank.com on the homepage or download our new app.
    1. The red "LOGIN" button in the top right of our website will open up the login for easy access.
  2. Your existing USER ID will be converted to the upgraded platform.
  3. Click on Forgot Password to reset your own password for the first log in.
    1. You will receive a system generated email from Mound City Bank with a temporary password link.
    2. Please check your Spam/Junk mail.
  4. You will be asked to change your password before you gain access.

 Do I log into Personal Banking or Business Banking?

 Most users will use Personal Banking, even if they are logging in for a business.  Business Banking is only for those that have   signed up for various Cash Management services and worked with their banker for special log in credentials.
