Online Banking Sign-In Instructions
- Log on to our website https://www.moundcitybank.com on the homepage or download our new app.
- The red “LOGIN” button in the top right of our website will open up the login for easy access.
- Your existing USER ID will be converted to the upgraded platform.
- Click on Forgot Password to reset your own password for the first log in.
- You will receive a system generated email from Mound City Bank with a temporary password link.
- Please check your Spam/Junk mail.
- You will be asked to change your password before you gain access.

Do I log into Personal Banking or Business Banking?
Most users will use Personal Banking, even if they are logging in for a business. Business Banking is only for those that have signed up for various Cash Management services and worked with their banker for special log in credentials.
