Pete has been assisting customers at Mound City Bank since 1994. With his farm background, he has emphasized in Agricultural lending; but has knowledge of consumer, real estate, and commercial lending. He is also a licensed crop insurance agent. Pete graduated from UW-Platteville and the Graduate School of Banking. Pete was promoted to SVP-Chief Lending Officer in 2013 and currently manages Mound City Bank’s lending portfolio. He takes great pride in listening to customers and diligently working to meet their needs.

Kari Wunderlin joined Mound City Bank in May of 2025 as a Business Banking Officer. She is a lifelong resident of SW Wisconsin with over 27 years of experience in Retail Bank Management, Commercial, Business and Ag Banking. Kari holds degrees from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College in Accounting & Supervisory/Business Management, with certificates in Human Resources, Leadership and Quality Management. She is very excited about the opportunity to be part of the Mound City Bank team and admires the bank’s strong commitment to its customers and the support it provides to the communities it serves.
