Online Banking Service Agreement

1. I hereby authorize Mound City Bank or its authorized agent to make payments to creditors for me, as I may authorize by personal computer from time to time and also authorize Mound City Bank to post such payments to my account.

2. I understand that Mound City Bank or its authorized agent will use reasonable efforts to ensure payments reach creditors on time, but cannot guarantee the time a payment will be posted by a creditor.  Mound City Bank or its authorized agent will use reasonable effort in ensuring creditors reverse any service fee or late charge related to payment processing error.  I also understand that Mound City Bank or its authorized agent will not be responsible for any loss or penalty I may incur due to lack of sufficient funds or other conditions that may prevent the withdrawal of funds from my account.

3. I understand that Mound City Bank or its authorized agents will carry out external transfers upon my request to/from Mound City Bank accounts and other financial institution accounts.  This ability requires an officer approval and may have fees attached to each transaction.  Transfers will be processed at 6 pm CST each business day excluding Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays.

4. I understand that my user password will change every 90 calendar days to maintain the security and privacy of your accounts with Mound City Bank.

5. Here is what you receive with MCB Online Banking:

   Free Checking, Payday Banking, Prestige, Heritage, PPIA and Small Business
               FREE Online Access
               FREE Account Transfer
               FREE Unlimited Bill Payments
   
   Image Checking, Super Now Checking, HSA, and Business Checking
               FREE Online Access
               FREE Account Transfer (Not available for CD, IRA’S and Savers Club accounts)
               $0.40 per Bill Payment (Not available for Savings, CD, IRA, Savers Club and Loans)                                 

6. If I have NOT used my Online Banking account for a 6 month duration, I authorize Mound City Bank to close my Online Banking account.  

7. System Requirements:
   

   	- Windows 95 or higher - Web Browser - Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater with 128-bit     encryption - Internet Service Provider
